  Personalized Weight – How to Choose the Right Blanket

  To be effective, your weighted blanket should be approximately 10–15% of your body weight. It should also be around 10 cm (4 inches) longer than your height to provide full-body coverage.

  Here are our recommended weight options:

  • 5 kg – for body weight of 40–60 kg

  • 6.5 kg – for body weight of 55–75 kg

  • 8 kg – for body weight of 70–90 kg

  • 10 kg – for body weight of 90–110 kg

  Can the Weighted Blanket Be Washed?

  Yes! The Kissenly weighted blanket can be machine washed at temperatures up to 40°C. After washing, you can either tumble dry on low heat or lay it flat to air-dry in a well-ventilated space until completely dry.
