Instructions for use:
To heat the cherry pit pad, place the inner pouch in the microwave (600 W for 2 minutes) or in the oven (100°C - 120°C for about 20 minutes).
For a cold compress, simply place the inner pouch in the freezer (for about 30-40 minutes).
Thanks to the unique properties of cherry pits, you can place the pad directly on the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.
